Nassir,

 

1. SSC is a synonym for a clan name. It is a politically correct term for when referring to a particular clan that inhabits the SSC region.

 

2. Do you wish to discuss the status of Sanaag region?

 

3. Puntland is dead as a multi-clan state. Duufaan was referring to that. Ilka-Jiir will be in Badhan soon enough.
