Jabhad Posted March 24, 2006 Very tragic indeed. May allah end the suffering of our fellow brothers and sisters in Mogadishu. Duke sxb no need to post such gruesome pics. Here is what the international media don't report on the city of 2 million+ residents. Hay’adda FATXA oo la aasaasay sanadkii 1991-dii ayaa waxa ay markii ugu horeysay ka howlgashay xeryaha dadka soo barakacay isagoo halkaas ka fuliyay barnaamijyo la xiriira dhinaca caafimaadka, Tacliinta iyo Quudinta, maadaama xiligaasi ay dalka ka jirtay abaar aad u baahsan. 1992-dii ayaa Hay’adda FATXA waxay u wareegtay gobalka Sh/hoose, waxa ayna halkaasi ka bilowday barnaamijyo la mid ah middii ay ka fulin jirtay Magaalada Muqdisho. 1995-tii ayay Hay’adani ahayd middii ugu horeysay oo daqligelin ku sameysay qaar ka mid ah Haweenka Soomaaliyeed si ay ugu maareeyaan noloshooda, maadaama Haweenka Soomaaliyeed intooda badani ay ahaayeen kuwo raggoodii iyo caroortoodiiba ku waxyeeloobeen dagaaladii sokeeye, waxayna hay’addu sheegtay in barnaaminkaani ay ka faa’iideysteen Haween aad u fara badan. Hay’adda FATXA oo guddoomiye ay ka tahay Faadumo Xasan Diirshe ayaa waxay sheegtay in Hay’addooda ay waxbarasho ka bilowday xeryaha dadka soo barakacay, waxayna sheegtay in 15 carruur ah ay Hay’addu ka bixiso wixii tasiilaad ah oo ay uga baahnaayeen dhinaca waxbarashada waxayna Faadumo sheegtay in arrintaani ay gacan ku siiyeen dugsiga Al-Bilaad oo isagu ballanqaaday in carruurtaasi uusan ka qaadi doonin wax lacag ah, waxayna Faadumo ugu baaqday dugsiyada kale in ay ku daydaan dugsiga Al-Bilaad maadaama ay iyagu u bixinayaan tasiilaadka kale ee dhinaca Dharka, Buugaagta iyo Qalimaanta. NASSIR Posted November 12, 2007 Dear Ayoub, are you tolerating the impunity with which the insurgents use populated areas as a launching pad? They even threaten and assasinate when individuals whose neighborhoods they use as a launching pad resist and protest. I know the "landers" pray for the return of anarchy and lawlessness in Mogadisho because such a despicable scenerio ensures them an opportunity to convince the world that they can no longer wait the south to settle down and thus arrange for the highly articulated but baseless "eventual negotiation for a two-state solution". Armchair Politician Posted November 12, 2007 Where were the calls to stop the fighting in April? Or May? Or June, July, August, September and October, when hundreds of thousands of people fled and people lost their lives every single day? Why only now, when the Ethiopian military is beginning to lose, is it the time to stop the fighting? I recall you were the biggest supporter of more and harsher crackdowns on Mogadishu. Well, this is the result of that policy, that you supported and defended. In your own small way, you have been partially responsible for a million people living in IDP camps and thousands of innocent civilians dead, as well as the thousands of the bravest and most noble youths of Mogadishu, who have died fighting and are not counted, since they are "terrorists". The young people of Somalia, the future of Somalia, is what you and your friends are currently at war with.

Oo you mean the few months with ICU? I think you will find that was probably the closest time Slanders were even inclined to unity. In any case rationally speaking having a politically stabile and viable state as neighbour is much better than one with threatening conflict that has the potential to spilt over and bring your house down in the process, not to mention it is bad for foreign investment. The argument is just not logical, and based on baseless hate and assumption.
Thierry. Posted November 12, 2007 You got an effing nerve posting this, you were cheering when your uncle rode behind the Ethiopian tanks into a peaceful city that had not seen such calm since independence and you pretend to mourn for the innocent. This hipocracy amazes me. I rather have Landers laughter against my city over the foreign choppers and tanks that your uncle and his clique brought in. This is a fight for freedom it is sad our civilians are caught in the cross fire, but I rather we perish than be subjugates to a Christian crusader.
