These people coming directly from the South are not eating up any recources considering they live in camps and that is organised and funded by aid groups such as UNHCR.

Unless your talking about diaspora Somalis (who arent from your clan) buying houses in the region.

Secondly if were talking about refugee destination; figures show that Southerners have got far larger precense in cities such as Bosaaso; areas where they are actively welcomed to live and are not abondoned and sometimes receive training for jobs.

somaliland is currently home to the largest displaced number of people from somalia, bossaso and other areas do not even come close to the sheer number of people in cities like hargeisa.

 

and also oromos who are prosicuted by the ethopian government.

 

its simply making laws that will make sure the people in need are given shelter and those who come for better economic gains are not allowed through withought check.
