FIDHIN Posted May 12, 2010 i remember when Gordon Brown was setting the date for UK election, he set it at the End of April thats is going to be the 6th of May, they knew it was going to happen in May though, same in somaliland now, the month is known and the date will be set soon. Jacaylbaro Posted May 16, 2010 - The Somaliland President officially signed and approved the date for the elections to be on the 26th June this year. - New registration cards are being distributed in all the Somaliland districts and regions. - Electoral Commission accused the government of interfering the process. The government said they only want to keep the security tight. This happened when two polling stations in Hargeisa was closed by the police. The two stations were reopened the next day.
