AMOUD university is it a SOMALI institute or SOMALILAND institute

I was reading about the university of Amoud in Borama Awdal. And I came a cross its website which happens to have no Somaliland mentioned in it. I was windering dosent this institute belong to Somaliland ?

Introduction

 

Praise be to Allah who began his revelation to the Prophet (Phut) with these words:

 

Proclaim, in the name of the Lord and Cherished, who created man out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood. Proclaim! and thy Lord is the Most Beautiful, He who taught (the use of) the pen, taught man that which he knew not.

 

And grace and peace be upon the Prophet who urged the spreading of knowledge and who said "Knowledge not put to good use is like a treasure of which nothing is spent" (paraphrased).

 

The educational policy of Somalia defines higher education as being the stage of academic specialization in all fields and at all levels. It is that stage of education that encourages and promotes the abilities of the talented so that they are well prepared to satisfy the various needs of our society, both at present and in the future, and so enable it to keep pace with its ongoing fruitful development aimed at achieving the noble goals of the nation.

 

In accordance with this policy, the national should always give a high priority to the expansion of higher education. Hence the intention of establishing this

university which is the first of its kind in post-civil-war in Somalia is necessary to bring higher education close to Awdal community.

 

On behalf of those interested in pursuing university education in Awdal Region, we present this university catalogue which is designed to cover in detail the

whole university activities. We hope that such a guide book would be very beneficial to those who are interested the foundation of this Institution.

 

May Allah bless our youth and help them promote the well-being of their religion and their country.

 

 

The Amoud University is established as a result of the need to train enough professionals to meet the growing needs of the Somali people for educators and other professional fields. It is the first higher education of its kind in post-civil war in Somalia. It is therefore, committed to train all Somalis, with necessary qualifications. It is the firm belief of the founders of this institutions of higher education, that despite current crisis in our country, education and the future of coming generation must not be neglected. For this, the training of professionals is the first step to revitalise the educational system of the country. It must be emphasised that this university would be free from politics and segmentations. This would contravene the founding principles of this institution. If any thing, the university may encourage healthy national objectives.

 

 

The medium of instruction of the university would be English language and it will offer B.A. & B.Sc.degree at the completion of required courses. Location of the university would be Ex-Amoud Secondary School in Borama, Awdal, Somalia.

And yes Awdal is pro-Somalia but they didn/don't have a militia to protect themselves against the mafia in Hargeisa. The Police, governor, mayor are all corrupt and are paid from hargeisa.

 

They have no reason to want to seperate.

Anyone in here hear about Obsessive-Complusive Disorder.Well I think some in here might be suffering from that.This is defined as a recurring state of extreme obsession or complusion for something.Symptons usually are extreme desire to want to talk about the same thing over and over and over again to a point where it just does not make sense no more.You all gotta agree here that this is rather monotonous and simply irritates the sh!t of the sane person.We know for a fact that none of you in the political section will agree ever on any point so why not just call it QUITS,retire or maybe indulge people of the same political thought.From the look of the incessant bickering here sooner or later arguments will degenerate into ugly scenes of finger pointing and name calling after all logic has been exhausted.Live and let live,take a chill pill or treat yourselves to a therapeutic massage ...I'm sure it will work wonders for all.

HARGEISA MAFIA ATTACKED PEACEFUL PEOPLE OF AWDAL AND KILLED MANY OF THEM FOR ONE REASON , WHICH IS THAT AWDAL PEOPLE SAID THEY ARE PART OF SOMALIA .

 

BUT GARGEISA MAFIA WILL BE THE PRICE FOR KILLING THOSE PEACEFUL PEOPLE OF AWDAL.
