All factions of the Somali civil war have sent they own ambassadors and cyber warlords to battle it out here. This cyber civil war needs to be stopped. It is as harmful as the real war. We all know who the cyber warlords are. So if we have a cyber civil war and cyber warlords it is only logical that we should have a cyber peace conference.
