General Duke Posted May 19, 2006 Geedi's ministers, Qaynyare, Sudi, Finish, Bootan are central players in the allaince of warlords, the catylist to the last 4 monts of battlesin Mogadishu that has cost the lives of more than 400 people. So what action does Mr Geedi take against these warlords, he announces that they with Barre Hiiraale must come to Baidoa within seven days. What will seven extra days do? and why include Hiiraale, he is not in the alliance and has not taken part in these battles. If Hiiraale is to be included why not include Hussain Aydeed? ............................................................ General Duke Posted May 19, 2006 This morning our PM, states that he is against the oil exploration deal in Puntland. Why now after he agreed to it? Because Geedi is feeling the heat from his clan and must take action against, Puntland, and other individuals such as Hiiraale. However this can be detremental to his own position.. Puntland oil
Che -Guevara Posted May 19, 2006 Amazing...Now Geedi is incompatent for failing to follow Yeey's wishes!!
codetalker Posted May 19, 2006 ^ LOL Worse, when (yesterday) Laas Qorey Net and Garowe Online broke the story of Geedi's letter to PL, those Web sites were "tribal" and untrustworthy. The day HorseedNet posts it...well, you get the hint.
General Duke Posted May 19, 2006 ^^^ lol. Yo-Yo dont talk rubish, are you saying that Qaynyare and Sudi have aright to their positions considering their actions in Mogadishu? The parliment asked him to take action and he gives them an extra 7 days to come to Baidoa. This sends the wrong message, that 400 Somali lives are not worth much. He the PM , and the Sharif are more than incompetent for not taking actions against the warlords.... Also why has Geedi included Barre Hiiraale in This list? I am no supporter of Hiiraale but all evidance points out to him playing no role in this Mogadishu tragedy. The issue of Puntland oil, why bring it up now>? The man is a joke and as long as he is around this govenrment wont get far.... The Sharif is alos now defending the warlords, making all sorts of excuses for them... Codetalker, again you are having dialogue with yourself. What on earth are you on about. I like the rest of the Somali;s were expecting some decisive moves by Geedi, the least of which was to distance himself from these idiotic warlords. [Here is Musa response to Geedi's idiocy] lMusa Sudi You need to move on from your utter failure of understanding the Majiyahan incident and the stance of Puntland state towards its rights... Gabbal Posted May 19, 2006 Duke, Barre Hiiraale is a minister in the federal government. If Gheedi is going to call out on other ministers whose duty is to be in Baydhabo at the seat of the government, there is no reason for him to leave Barre Hiiraale if he wants to be taken as an objective and fairly credible public official. Are you being a clannist again in speaking out in support of Barre at the expense of the others?
Paragon Posted May 19, 2006 The issue of Puntland oil, why bring it up now>? The man is a joke and as long as he is around this govenrment wont get far.... Duke, erm back up, allow me to read between the lines. "The issue of Puntland...So long as the man (Geedi) is around to (to protect locals against Cade's exploitation he -Geedi) is a joke...(because if he doesn't share the loot with Cade) this government wont go far!" You need to move on from your utter failure of understanding the Majiyahan incident and the stance of Puntland state towards its rights... Sorry old chap, Puntland without the authorization of the national government and the acceptance of local notables, has no rights beyond the confines of its parliament. Even the right for Cade to step out of the parliament's door has to be nationally agreed. That is federalism for you: consultation between regional and national authorities. So the Majiyahan issue cannot be swept aside, no no, that won't do my old chap because there is alot at stake. If we keep our silence from this, who knows what the outcome would be? Total regional dictatorships converging on a national one?
General Duke Posted May 19, 2006 ^^^ Lol @ Horn , nah man I am fair and in this instance I dont see why he included him., Barre should come to Baidoa but why add him to the list and give him the same ultamaitum as Qaynyare, Finsih and Co. You know Barre, is he involved in this war? There are other ministers Horn, so why not ina Aydeed? Paragon, dear me, Geedi is not defending any locals, bro the issue is not even about Majiyahan/Puntland, Geedi is trying to confuse the issue, the battles are in Mogadishu and the warlords are those who started the battles and who are continuing it. He the PM , and the Sharif are more than incompetent for not taking actions against the warlords.... Yes...the 400 Somali lives are not worth much as far the so called goverment is concerned. If Somali is worthy anything in Somalia, we wouldn't have Yeey as the head of the state. These are men who made their bunisses slaughtering the masses. Why should this time be any diffirent. N Just Why does it annoy when Geedi talks about your PLand and its illegal dealings with foriegn companies. He is the PM of Somalia afterall. It is right to intervene in Pland affairs. General Duke Posted May 19, 2006 ^^^ My Puntland is very important to me. As for the deal, this PM signed the agreement in November, the President also signed it and it is within the law as stipulated on our TFG Constitution. So back your argument it is legal. My anger towards Geedi has been building for a while, the Somaliland gaffe he made beored, and now this attack on Puntland and his weak stance towards the warlords. All this has made me detset him a little bit more. The blame is President Yusuf's for bringing this man to the game.
Duufaan Posted May 19, 2006 there is no way to exclude Barre Hiraale in this list. Same warlods doing same thing. Few days ago Hiraale was treating the owners of new small ports created the kismaanyo costline. the new ports run by local people. About the Putland oil expoloration. the public support is not there. whether Geedi writes a letter or not is does not matter. Finnaly we are new era. You cannot count priding people.
