Cowke Posted October 20, 2009 I would like a makhiri to answer. What was their reason for shutting the door on cade muse when he sought them first to render peace among puntland? Why did they so rudely and un-somali like refuse to sort out the beef that was occuring in 2002? This still amazes me till this day and if any makhiri can answer it would be appreciated. Ps: Mind you after the makhiris refused to participate in the peace process cade was forced to seek a neutral stakeholder boqor bur-madow. But he wouldn't if makhiris who are known fair did the somali like thing and brought about peace in puntland. The issue is resolved now, but i want to know what were their reasons for this dog-act? This cade sitting with the makhiris to get the beef sorted. He doesn't look very happy with the outcome, his arms are even crossed indicating he is not a happy-man. Koora-Tuunshe Posted October 20, 2009 Sidaad u qumaneyd ayaad wax kale qasatey. Marka hore sawirkan aad aragto ma ahayn cadde muuse oo dhexdhexaadin u jooga Maakhir. Waxay ahayd markii uu loolanka ku jirey, waateyna beesha Maakhir ugu shubeen xildhibaanadooda oo dhan. Hadii ay cadaawad jirto beesha Maakhir xildhibaanadooda uguma aysan shubeen. Arinta labaad markii uu Cade Muuse la dagaalamayay C/laahi yuusuf....dadku fikrad iyo siyaasadba way isku qabtaan, sidaa darteedna waxay taageereen cabdulaahi. Inkastoo ay beelo qaar taageersanaayeen cade muuse, rag iyo dhaqaalena galiyeen.. sida ragii uu watey Axmed Guure oo ahaa gudoomiyaha baarlamaanka waqtigii Jaamac Cali Jaamac. Markii uu cade muuse aadey buurmadow, ilaa iyo hada dad ayaa u heysta iney wada shaqeyn ka dhaxeyso. Dhanka kale, Hadii aad videoga daawatid, heshiisiintii Cade iyo Cabdulaahi Yuusuf wuxuu ahaa Suldaan Maakhir ninkii ka shaqeeyey isuna keeney, heshiisiiyeyna. Su'aashaada ma xumo, laakiin qaab anshax la'aan ah ayay iila muuqataa weydiintaada. oo loo maleeyo iney cuqdadi ku gubeyso. Waxaan rajeynayaa inaan ka jawaabey su'aashaadii. Wixii wax ku daraaya wey u furantahay.

Cowke Posted October 20, 2009 Koora so it is true what is well known with-in puntland that the makhiris, darwish and mudug have formed a coalition in puntland to achieve their political ambitions. An example of this can be seen as you stated in 2002 where makhiris supported Abdullahi Yusuf. Yet in 2009 you can see also where mudug voted all for ilkajir. Can you tell us about these coincidence of this pan ssc-mudug ticket team? Why they always share the same political vision? What is their agenda? Are they trying to cut the kings out? These are tough questions sxb and not for the faint of hearted, and it is not about cuqdad. It's a reality that is facing puntland since it's inception. Anyways Cade did the right thing and sought makhir the closest next neutral stakeholder and after their rude refusal to provide assistance to him, he was forced to go and seek bur madow. If it wasn't for makhir refusal, cade would never of gone to bur-madow, alot of the blame lies in makhir. Secondly you made a note of that you supported Abdullahi. Was this because of puntland constition? sxb Abdullahi term ended, he was voted out with a clear majority for jamac ali jamac and you know that. What happened to respecting the system? Are you saying you will support even a crime? ina adeer fix that sort of framework. Because believe me when makhiri rule, you won't be happy if ppl start attacking you and killing you all over puntland because you got the majority votes in the parliament. You know fully well jamac ali jamac was the rightful winner and it was fully upon abdullahi to respect the voice of the parliament and step down. However he didn't and you supported him? waxaasi wa doqon-nimo. Cade stepped down peacefully, can't we all just respect the system and the parliament voice is all the kings are saying? OR are the ppl in puntland not caring for their state and just care for clan-interest? Ps: Plus that issue of las qoray port being built might cause a few conflicts between the kings and makhiris.Bossaso trade can not be jepordized or I tell you right now their will alot of angry heads in bossaso. Their is 1 thing the kings don't like and that is when you mess with their $$$$

Koora-Tuunshe Posted October 20, 2009 Cowke: Bal aan markale kuu hingaadsho malaha tii horaa halalac kuu dhaaftaye… If there was any sort of affiliation between the Darwish, Mudug, and Makhiris, gameka fair muu ahaadeen! Marlabaad aan kuugu celiyo. Reer maakhir waxay codkooda siiyeen Cadde Muuse. Sowmaha nimankaas marna idiin hiilinaaya marna idin karbaashaaaya, tolkana aad isku xigtaa. Markii uu kursiga helay ayaa hunguri qaadey oo meeshaas ayaan ku kala leexaney. Adeer adiga ayaa king isku ah,dekeda boosaaso iyo laasqorayna Maakhir ayaa iska leh oo cidina kama xigta, adiga oo Qardho ka yimidna Laasqoray ayaan kugu casumeynaa oo aan welcome kuleenahay. Dhanka kale, Cadde Muuse wuxuu buurmadow ugu tagay saaxiib hoose ayay yihiin qolyahaas, beesha Darwiishta ayaa arintaasi markii dambe fashilisey. Cadde Muuse waa run wuu ka degay kursiga, and that was one good thing that he did.

Cowke Posted October 20, 2009 I am not paranoid or anything, but everyone that is familiar with that region knows it's dog-eat-dog world, and each respective stakeholder looks out for their own interest. How can we break this barrier? God only knows. I am happy to see las qoray building a port, it is good move and will definitely lead to makhir further development. But like I noted it can cause friction between bossaso if it starts losing business.
