SOO MAAL Posted December 26, 2004 Mudane Maxamad Cabdi Xaashi is the right president at right the time, this man is the best choice for puntland at this critical juncture. I do not understand why Jumaatu is against Mudane Maxamad Cabdi Xaashi's Presidency in puntland, but if Jumatatu is from northwest Somalia – like me, it is understandable his opposition to this matter.
