listen people, you can't harbor this mentality of using the actions of the former Somali regime to legitimize succession. One, inter northern civil wars did far more damage then the regime could have dreamed, the more likely cause of any supposed mass graves. two, whats the difference between people in awdal, sool, sanaag and southern toghdeer. if this is the raison d'être of separation, then should this regime not also separate from this region? There is no difference, the killing of innocent people in any context is inhumane and most of all a sin. Doesn't matter who did it or how. Everyone must be held accountable. Saying "well killing people in civil war it is different then when it is done by a government" is ridiculous.
