Che -Guevara Posted February 21, 2008 Clinton needs to revamp her message. Whatever she is saying seems to be falling on deaf ear. Can she convince the blue collar workers of Ohio, and the large Hispanic community in Texas to give her a second chance. These two groups formed the core base of her supporters, but even they seem to be falling for Obama's charm, and his call for change. What can she do counter his message rather than dismissively calling it an empty rethoric.
Libaax-Sankataabte Posted February 22, 2008 It is not the message. It is the person delivering the message. It really is.
Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar Posted February 22, 2008 Habartaan iyo yarkaan dhagaha waa weyn waa naga bad badiseen ma isdhahdeen, Reer Mareykanoow? Not all of us live in Mareykanka nooh. Yes, Mareykanka's policies affect the rest of the world and soon one of them might be the closest leader the world over has one; however, still, until then ka gaarayaan aan aragno. Laakiinse waxaa igu yaab badan meel advanced 'democracy' ka jirto la leeyahay and nepotism maka jirto la dhahaayo, yet we see a president called Bush followed by another president called Clinton followed by a Bush followed by a possibly another Clinton, all this happening while the poor masses blindly following excitedly, thinking there will a change in Aqalkii Madoowaa. What is a government like this called horta? Aristocracy? Ultimate nepotism?
Che -Guevara Posted February 22, 2008 LSK....You may have a point there. She is talking, her audience seems to be distracted unlike the passionate crowd that Obama attracts. She didn't come out as the clear winner last night. If anything she seem humbled by saying "You know, no matter what happens in this contest, I am honored. I am honored to be here with Barack Obama, I am absolutely honored." Somewhat of realisation, she is more than possibility Obama might the nomitation. March 4 should be an interesting day. I say Obama would carry both Texas and Ohio. MMA...Are you feeling left out? P.S. It is not the best democracy, and say what you may about America, but it is the only country that could give a first generation a chance to be at the top. Of course, this doesn't mean everything is rosy in America.

LayZie G. Posted February 25, 2008 Che, ofcourse people tune to preachers, after all he is a parttime preacher, fulltime motivational speakers. Sometimes I am lost in his so called speeches too, until I stop myself and say, did I not hear him say this very same line a while ago? How many times would he use the "raised by single mother" line? Or speak about the same very couple he ran to and their sick child? C'mon, the question of your thread should be why is obama's speechwriter sleeping on the job? Che -Guevara Posted February 25, 2008 LoooooooooooL...You seem irked Lazy. Your gal tried everything from being assertive to being conciliatory, but nothings seem to be sticking in people's minds. Now she is turning to politics that seems backfiring on her since it brings her judgment into question. Anyhow, Texas and Ohio is do or die for her.Even Bill admits her nomination depends on that. I don't see her winning those states convincingly that's if she wins at all.
