Piracy has been rampant in Somalia for many years, but stopped last year for several months under Islamist rule.

What is a boat from Finland doing in Somali waters?

It is quite clear it is there to trawl for fish. Only last week, a Arab boat was stopped, doing the same thing. Taking Somali fish. Quite frankly, the people are entitiled to step inside this boat and take this people on.
