It doesn't make sense for truckers to get stuck in a village between Garoowe and Laascaanood. Imagine if the truckers require Shaah, how many Maqaaxi does Tukaraq has that can supply 70 drivers and perhaps many of their support crew?

 

It makes sense to be near a major town such as Laascaanood where they can get their supplies until Garoowe allows to open its end of the road.
