intisaar Posted January 5, 2009 Salaama Alaikum I have a question about inheritance. a sister was married to a guy who had property and he died. she did not had any kids for him. and she is wondering what portion of the inheritance is hers in the islamic way. and who else in the deceased husbands family would share the property with her. he has no brother or sister..all dead..so who are the closest relatives that would inherit the rest of the property with her(uncles and cousins)..and most importantly how much are they allocated for. thank you for taking the time to answer these questions...
