Meiji Posted April 4, 2009 The Islamic communities in those regions need to revolt. Take control of your own destinty instead of waiting for the agents of foreign powers to detain or export you. Take example from the Islamic community in the South. Once they were weak and hunted by bounty hunters, today they rule every region in the South and dictate what happens in society. Jacaylbaro Posted April 4, 2009 The security forces of the Republic of Somaliland arrested a religious preacher to question him after he reportedly called people to come against the government. Sheikh Abdillahi Mohamoud was arrested Friday evening from his house and still remain in custody. Sources close to the Police told Somalilandpress that the Sheikh as been calling a religious war against Somaliland government saying they have the best chance now to wage war against Somaliland during the political crisis in the country. Police said Sh. Abdillahi will be questioned about the issue. Somaliland has been hit by a political crisis since last week when the Guurti announced that they extended the government’s term for about 6 months. This has created a tension among the population and the security forces are careful that Extremists might benefit the situation and carry out terror attacks against the government institutions. Waxaas mu masajidkisa joogo ciid ka saraysa sharciga dalka oo yala ma jirto sxb Oo miyaa laga xiggaa wadaadka "siyaasada dalka"? Mise waa inaa masaajidka laga dheeraadaa hadii la rabo doorashooyin iyo Siyaasad soo hadal qaadintooda? Xaaji Xunjuf Posted April 4, 2009 My friend Somaliland does have a constitution and the wadaad needs to respect the law and order of that dastuur Somaliland has. As he said the people should come against the government. But we in Somaliland have a guurti and they said the president and vice president can stay in office for another six month. So he is willing to go against the law we have in Somaliland that is the problem. For example if a Somaliland local chief or caaqil would say the same he would get arrested wadaad is a citizen of Somaliland. Nothing more nothing less.
