This is tip of the iceberg. I know Hargiesa, yes in the private sector, people are doing well cos of the absence of state intervention. But, the public JB, saaxiib , I have seen some thing different from ragan bisada luqunjibaadhahaya instead piza maamulku waay wada taqsinaayen. laakin Hargiesa soo kor baanu leenahay.

The private sector is the best part of Somaliland. Everybody knows the government is not contributing that much except the security which allows the private sector to perform faster.

Do you think private sector only can bring development? effective private sector needs 'enabling goverment.

The government is enabling. It is just that it doesn't have the full capacity to do everything that is needed.
