Many of the neighboring countries were competing to play host to President Ahmed Mohamed Silanyo’s first foreign trip ever since he became the head of state. If the guru was here he will explain to us the way diplomacy works and how Dr. Mohamed Abdillahi Omar only went first to clear the way and explain to them what topics the president will or will not talk about (which saves both sides the trouble of having any misunderstandings I suppose). But was that all? I suspect there is more to it than that. He probably gave them a list of what food the president likes, how he can not eat any red meat and the type of bed he should be sleeping on.
