i'm not somalilander and i'm sure i cant vote in real elections in somaliland but as a mock election i just did voted for Omar Arte bcause he was best foreign minister for the old somalia. now i beleif as a president he can secure long waited recognition for his people and win more friends for his country.

Soyaal i think any one who votes for omar arte isn't serious about somaliland. his abilities are not in question, its his conviction. unfrotunately his heart is in mogadishu, eventhough he has tried to portray lately that he isn't for the union. what is even more wrong with him is that he promised he would get the ban on life stock lifted if he wins the presidency. if he has that power, why hasn't he? why would he campaign on that promise? i found that as black mail and the more reason not to vote for him.
