this is good news, the parliament has somewhere to do their job in muqdisho. rebuidling the ex-parliament building takes too much time and money, this is a good solution.

They are engaged in a noble cause trying to give life to a government its president is out of his mind. He should have worked with people like these instead of showing lack of confidence that manifested itself in the extreme form of "No visitations" though he is their president, and "contempt" by requesting troops Ethiopia was a party to it. I sometimes question how serious he was in wanting this job so bad throughout the years that he abondoned a Normal life.
