My q is: IF u where studing Islamic Laws, which subject would u like 2 studing 4 more indepth? and why?

 

I would like to study islamic laws regarding Marriage beacuse I find very interest and also marriage is such an important step that our Blessed Prophet (SCW)spoke of marriage as being 'half of his religion; therefore let him fear Allah in the other half!1'(Bayhaqi).

The role of Women!

 

Why, simply because it is one area that deeply interest me. I am not a feminist but I feel that it is important to be aware of those matters. Another area would be Family law and I suppose marriage falls under that also!

I WOULD LIKE TO STUDY ABOUT HERITAGE LAWS AS BEING ONE OF THE COMPLICATED AREA IN THE ISLAMIC SHARIA AND AS PROPHET MOHAMED (saw) SAID IT IS ONE OF THE SIGNS OF THE QIYAMA THAT PEOPLE OF HIGH KNOWLEDGE OF HERITAGE WILL PERISH. ONE OF THE OTHER REASONS BEING I AM ACCOUNTANT AND I LIKE PLAYING WITH FIGURES.

I would study Islamic law as regards the state, leadership, and law enforcement. But I were to study Islam, I probebly would not study Law; atleast not as a first thing.

Insha allah, if am able to study Islamic Law in the near future I would choose:

1) Women's role.

2) Akhlaaq or the moral character of a muslim which is regarded as an integral part to shariah.

3) and the justice system.
