At best if rayale holds an election(that is a big IF) it will be similar to the election that occcured in iran and will be totally rigged for udub to win!!! The other sland faction will protest it and rayale will lock them up and make them disappear by paying them off. Kaput really and he will establish his regime for 100 years to come.

 

Now this is good for puntland i must say, because this keeps sland busy on local issues and distances them from achieving recognition untill the tfg sorts out hamar. Lol it is as if rayale is trying to keep hargeysa back while the tfg is battling islamist in the south. It appears as if he is waiting for the tfg to completely restore the south and then come to hargeysa and slap them into federalism. Therefore all these mechanism of locking upr reporters, no opposition, voter registration are just to stall hargeysa as much he can untill the tfg calms the south down!!!

 

That is my opinion on it, i think rayale is just holding neverland back as much as he can while so the tfg can come to hargeysa after they put the south in check and throw the region into federalism.

 

So don't focus your time on sland or shabab guys its waste of time really. Remember anyone who doesn't have international backing has short future. Remember the warlords in mogadishu? thr all gone now because if u dont have international backing u can't call for friends when times get tough.

 

Same goes for sland and shabab, these are just mere obstacles in the way of the greater endorsed future for somalis federalism. This is the one to keep your eyes on because it is internationally endorsed system of somalia from mogadishu to kismayo to baydhabo to bossaso to hargeysa.

 

This is the future policy that will be implemented on all regions in the long-run. The rest is just on borrowed time!!!
