I have no problem with PL arresting any suspects as long there is a reasonable ground for the arrest, the authority sanctions it, and courts handle the case. It will be really immoral, outright criminal, not to mention bad policy to hand somalis over to Ethiopia.

 

But exegrations like these really undermine the credibilty of those making it.

 

It's sad Abdullahi Hasan dies in the custody of PL authority, and as you said the reasons of his death need to be accounted for.

Xiin..Handing over supposed members of ONLF is nothing new. It is a habit mastered by those in the pseudo Somali states including the administrators of occupied Somali region.However, Faroole lost the plot by essentially saying the people from Somaligalbeed are not Somalis-the implication being that they have no rights in Somalia and as such would be send back to their country if they are "suspected" to be waging war against their country of origin.

 

My perception of he was trying to say was to differentiate ethnic Somalis and citizens of Somalia (A western concept of categorizing people) but he forgets the very premise of Somalia's existence is that it is home to all Somalis.

As far as we know Faroole did not hand over 5 ********is to Ethiopia. The man who died is a new development, and was not part of the argument that was made against Faroole.
