Goodir Posted February 18, 2009 Rumor has it the new president is pushing for some extreme ideas implemented for peace to take root in Southern Somalia. A key requirement for the armed youth to come off the list, opening rehab centers for them and making the necessary programs available for their recovery so the country finally gets some rest from their destructive pathways. I like to see the top dogs including Mansuur in the rehab house learning the basics of Islam, valuing human life, specially that of a fellow Muslim. The president is taking a difficult position and I hope he succeeds but the billion shillings question is can my unruly neighbor be rehabilitated back to normal life?
