Shilling Posted January 9, 2010 Garowe was always their capital sxb so no problem there, however, as they themselves confirm upon their return to Puntland on the 6th of this month, they were part of the SSC leadership meeting in Kenya. You don't have to take my word for it, see the clip yourself sxb. As for the rumors of a possible arrest waiting for SSC leaders returning to Puntland from the meeting in Kenya, well the warmhearted welcome Garad Abshir Salah and Garad Buraale have gotten at Bosaso Airport by both Puntlanders as well as officials from the state I think speaks volume.
