If the courts wanted to invade both Puntland and the TFG, they would have done it along long time ago. The courts are doing every bit to avoid bloodshed(civil war) in which innocent people will be caught in the crossfire.

 

Another point that I would like to make is that, the courts are not based on clan as some suggested them to be.The leaders might predominatly be associated with one clan due to the nature of the region it's based,but that doesn't mean they are all from particular clan. It's fact that big percentage of the fighters are from Somaliland,Puntland, WEstern Somali regions (zone five), NFD, Jabuti etc.

 

So, if we were to come out of our imagination box and came in terms with reality, we would realize that there is no force anywhere in the somali peninsula that could contest and compete with the forces of the courts, they will simply crash any apposing militia if they choose to, but that doesn't seem to be the case since the courts have no reason to disrupt the peace and stability in Puntland. So the TFG and Cadde Muse are being coward and calling in the Xabashis for help in fear of "enemy" that doesn't destined to attack. The courts know better, they need not to fire a bullet from here, everything will fall into place, simply because they have overwhelming support from the Somali people such as myself from Hargeysa and that is the reality, if cared to know.

They have defeated the weak warlords of Mogadishu [bravo]and thus belive they can defeat anyone another lapse in jugdment.

 

They have denied there is any trouble in lower Shabbele but some trouble in Galkacyu.

 

The reason they have not attacked Baidoa and Puntland is they are not able at this time.

 

It is going down to the gun. Puntland supports the TFG not because it has more members than any other clan nor that it has more officials but because it wants to create federal areas for everyone that wishes.

 

The courts like General Aydeed believe they can impose their will on others through the barrel of the gun. They can not and will find out very soon.

 

It seems to be going down to an all out war. This will benefit the secesionist the most, but lets hope it can be averted...

I read that both qaybdiid and Puntland are move fast towards southern Mudugh and galgaduud unopposed. Last time I checked, they have captured three settlements from the courts. What strength are you speaking of red sea. Furthermore, you know what Sharif said today? "I call upon the poeple to attack ethiopian troops and then we will come to their aid, but they must attack first". What happened cross the border and we will "jihad" on you.

The court is clever, they refuse to engage Qaydiid Melesia and Puntland army. They backed up and no where to find them in mudug. Very clever tactics, they do not give puntland a chance to score easy point. losing a battle in mudug and Galgaduud the origin of court base, will not look good, so they really avoiding confrontation there. the time is their side. they are more strong in south and simetime more volnurable
