I was viewing some interesting pictures of nugaal electricity company on their website and their design plans for proving the most reliable electricity service to puntland. They are obviously starting in the capital but it's looking promising and should be replicated all over puntland cities. The pics can be seen here. NEC Ps: They are building the grids for new projects in puntland, however I think they should expand it to existing areas that lack the electricity.
