You will not be harmed so fear no more bro. Note one thing that Hargeysa wouldn't be so advanced today if it wasn't for the investment of Burcawis into the city. They could have done it in Burco and made it ten times more beautiful than Hargeysa but instead they chose Hargeysa since its the capital and if you ask me there is nothing wrong with that bro. Burcawis are the most energetic people in Somaliland, maybe sometimes little too much but if you stay away from thier business and don't bother them too much you will be left alone, Dhabigana kumaa qori doonaan.
