That is sad. that place can be called not muslim because they refuse to enforce the law of islam for the simple reason of tribal affiliation. Where-as Puntland will enforce the law on anyone who leaves islam, that is why ayan hersi can not live in puntland today. Which is the proper islamic way of doing things.
