Yeniceri Posted January 9, 2006 An interesting debate between a Puntland government vice-minister, a government organ chief and a member of civil society, hosted by Radio Garowe, concerning the first year of the Gen Cadde Muuse/Xasan Dahir administration. Bottomline is that the current PL dministration isn't much different from previous administrations, albeit its made more effort to reform than had other administrations.
