osman_nz Posted June 5, 2009 Puntland information minister has declared that puntland government doesn't recognize the government of sharif and nor is sharif adhering to the federal idealogy. Read here http://www.dhahar.co m/article.php?articl eid=7460 I guess that mean's we don't have to share our oil revenues with the federal government when the drilling begins at the end of the year and keep the revenue all in puntland. which is good thing more goes to puntland development..
