S.O.S Posted March 19, 2007 Assalamu alaykum, I’m requesting only few seconds from all the nomads here to sign this petition (directed at the negligent Canadian government) for Bashir Makhtal, whom I suppose many of you are aware of his situation, his detention in Kenya, abduction from prison and subsequent rendition to Ethiopia. Insha'Allah, I hope the nomads will take the few seconds of signing it and make a difference. I also ask anyone who reads this to make a dua for the brother and all the innocent Muslims who have been unjustly treated and detained. May Allah help our people. PS: Your right SOS, the stagnant position of our so called gov't has been astounding to say the least. But then again, this is unfortunately not the 1st case we've seen thus far, which is why I can't help but grow less optimistic and patient everyday that passes by. But, xasbunallahu wa nicmal wakeel!
