However, if puntland is part of somalia, it shouls come under the jurisdiction of the somali national government. Why should it be tread differently from other parts of Soamlia. It should get its fair share.

Puntland will ONLY submit to the jurisdiction of a Somali national authority which explicitly promulgates a federal system of governance. Anything else will be considered a nonstarter by the Puntland populous.

Now we are talking about the future development of peaceful and progressive regions that make up the Puntland State of Somalia.
