Future and Final Somali Conference

The Ultimate goal of any future Somali conference is to get rid of the warlords, colonels, and above all war criminals. The extremists should be also excluded.

 

Let us list who is who of the reprehensible men who should be top candidates of this list

 

I propose few dozens:

 

The war criminals:

 

Yeey, Mohamed Dheere, Sudi, Qanyare, Qabydiid, Darwiish, Gacmodheere, Morgan, Hiiraale, Caydiid, Indhocadde, Shaatigaduud and Cismaan Caato.

 

The colonels: Colonel Yeey; Colonel Aweys,Colnel Hiiaale, Colonel Morgan (he is said to be an army general thanks to his father-in-law, Dictator Barre – His real ranking is somewhere between Corporal or Sergeant), Colonel Qaybdiid , Colonel Shaatigaduud, Colonel Omar Haashi, JVA colonels, and colonel Darwiish, the warehouse worker.

 

The warlords: Warlord Yeey Warlord Qaybdiid, Warlord Dheere, Warlord Darwiish, Warlord Indhocadde, Warlord Sudi, Warlord Caydiid, Warlord Qanyare, Warlord Morgan, Warlord Shaatigaduud, Warlord Madoobe….

 

 

These men should go and excluded from any Somali governance.

 

Their handpicked stooges and so-called parliamentarians should also be expelled, those who could be rehabilitated should be sent to some asylum and cured of clannish and corrupt curse.

 

Somali Women peacelords should be given 50% of the seats of the parliament. There should be 3.0 formula as follows: Women should get 25 seats as a clan, Civil society should get 25 seats, Intellectuals and technocrats should get 25 as a clan. Somali parliament should be limited to 75. Somali women can be part of any group. Somalis are said to be 7.5 million inside Somalia.

 

The prime minister should be the head of state – the president symbolic and ceremonial.

Terms for office should be only 4 years. Regional administrations and local municipalities should also be elected by the locals and not based on clan. No clan fiefdom. Every Somali is free to live and work anywhere.

 

The government institutions should have expert advisors and consultants – preferably educated Somalis and foreign experts.

 

Somali constitution should be based on Islamic Canons.
