Rokko Posted July 26, 2003 Guraad, the rich pastoral land around Ceerigaabo belongs to Puntland. It is sad to hear that dispute is still going on after the 1993 agreement. Both goverments (Puntland/Somaliland) must take the necessary steps to protect the rights of these nomads na'mean? Peace among the clans is important. guraad Posted July 27, 2003 M.D , true that . somaliland goverenment sided with some tribe and they took over large partion of Puntland lands, now the rightful owners are asking their lands back and puntland strong army(DARAWIISH) will act up if somaliland didn`t trun this stolen land back to their rightful owners.
