General Duke Posted December 15, 2006 ^^^The picture is great, the man is praying, thus those who say, he not Muslim or devout or pretend parading girls and children with AK-47s is a signature of Islam, will no doubt say what they will.

Juje Posted December 15, 2006 Duke your elaborate excuse has no boundaries. The images from the ICU protest was intend to depict a violent scenario where women and children will be combatant also, but the designers of such demos did not contemplate that it will gear up mass opposition and disgust, they failed and they do not know. So tell me , why did President Yusuf choose to be pictured praying by the AP reporter, is he trying to prove something? Bal adiga ii sheeg saxiib. Abdi2005 Posted December 15, 2006 Its easy to spot the salah of munafiqin.
Pi Posted December 15, 2006 Abdul, you are the poor Takfiri/Khariji. Guess you dont know what a takfiri or a khariji is. The funny thing is there's no way of satisfying the biogted, anarachinistic pseudo-Islamists. The guy is praying. Cry me a river. Yo, Juje, nigga, you need to brush up on your Fiqh. It's embarrassing. One thing about groups and friday jum'ah prayers: according to shafi' madh-hab which most somalis follow, the number required for jum'ah is definately more than 5 or 6. But according to the hanafi madh-hab, and a miniority opinion in the maliki madh-hab, if one can't pray with a large crowd THREE persons are sufficient for a friday prayer. Of course, the more, the better. That's obvious. Review any basic fiqh book. And you'll find this. This is assuming he's praying jum'ah. If not, he probably missed it. Who has never missed a jum'ah prayer, you sanctamonious snakes. LOL
Juje Posted December 15, 2006 ^^Ok...! Does all this theories apply when the Mosque is next door. Bottom line this was a PR stunt by the President, so to ask you this ,would it win him anything ?
Naxar Nugaaleed Posted December 15, 2006 Juje If you have convinced your self its for PR, then why do you ask if it will work or not. Should you not just. The absurdity of you UIC supporters reachs a new level everyday. You on the otherside people who are making maps but make a big deal about a picture of the president praying. By the way, there is something called the press, they follow head of states and take pictures. Abdi For all the pretense about fighting for Islam, here you are calling a muslim that praying a munafiq. That, makes you the real munafiq. Jahil foqal jahil! Thank you saxiib, it took long for you guys to come up with the answer. And Nugaal I dont support the ICU,but rathger am more on the side of the 'dowlaada weyn' TFG. However I dont fail to pin point its shortcomings unlike the blind followers.
Naxar Nugaaleed Posted December 15, 2006 what was that quote You Can't Be Neutral on a Moving Train brother there are more important shortcomings to piont out rather then a picture of the president praying.
Fiqikhayre Posted December 15, 2006 Pi thanks for enlightening those ignorant folks about the minimum congregations needed for friday prayers! War juujow ma reerihiina baan salaada u deynaa? Should we stop praying because it seems like reer Mogadishu have put a patent on who can perform prayers or who can call himself muslim or not? Wallahi I don't get it, leave the president and the people, who are praying to their creator alone. He will judge them and indeed it is only him who knows what is in their heart and what they're hiding! I believe that the president is not shy about showing his religion, although he shouldn't have delayed his prayer for the Associated Press, he's done the right thing to pray first and then conduct the interview! It doesn't matter if he'd pray in a dark room or praying whilst their were present. I believe its an act of sadaqa charity because it's making dacwah! Imagine how the gaalo reacted! They don't like to see muslims praying nor do they enjoy waiting until they finish their salah, so he's not trying to score any points or favours with anyone! Please leave this issues alone, as it clearly shows your lack of understanding of the deen. In fact it's you folks, who were saying he's a kaffir and someone who doesn't pray, give it up you can't have it both way! Leave the man be, juje and no one else, can talk about this business, because its not their business. It's up to the creator who knows everything. Simply we cannot doubt without sufficient evidence and that evidence can only come from someone who had a look at the presidents heart and intentions, so if juje or anyone else have had a close look at the presidents heart and his intentions feel free to tell us the motives behind him praying? Now people are attacked for praying, it's the same folks who cry day in and day out 'We have to give the benefit of the doubt to the union of Il-Desperados', give it up, you're truely ignorant in the religion. What you only see is your prejudice and hatred towards this old man!
Pi Posted December 15, 2006 If he doesnt pray, he's a KAFIR. If he prays, he's a MUNAAFIQ. Coming from people who know nothing about Islam in general or fiqh in particular.
Fiqikhayre Posted December 15, 2006 Pi, it's really amazing. Did you know, that you cannot call a muslim a 'munaafaq' or even a kaafir for that matter? Religious folks are calm, mature and measured in what they do and say. They are just in all regards. They know the principle of al-cadaalah. When to speak (hadalku markuu munaasab yahay) and when not to speak, what to say and what not to say, these are the good men and women, that allaah has bestowed his wisdom upon (our culamaa'uddiin) and who have inherited the prophets but a so-called 'wadaad' or seeflabood that we're witnessing today, that cannot wait, be patient or discuss without spitting insults is the real phonomeon that we're experiencing right now! Anyway don't argue with them! Enjoy the pictures today taken by the AP!
