They have little influence left in the south, and will have little bearing on what goes on there. Their future in south will likely depend on how good or bad things turn out in Somalia. That's all you get in the name of justice. Tell me if there was any Somali leader tried for his crimes. Hundreds of thousands perished, and no one held responsible for their demise. And I don't have to tell the thousands that died in Waqooyi Galbeed. Those who committed the crimes walked away, and again, all you are left with is condemning their tribe, and praising the heroic SNM, but nothing for thousands that are six feet under. Those criminals live though not in the best of conditions,but they are breathing. I digress, but the point here is whether particular political agenda is perpetuated again depends on how we treated those that first tried that agenda. The way it looks right now, Yeey and his supporters will get away with their crimes, and live to fight another day. One could condemn Puntland as much as they please, but time changes the reality in Somalia, and as faith would have, Yeey treasonous act would just be slur thrown at his tribe just like Duke says you are the queen's children or mention Faisal Waraabe's st*pidty. And cuz no one was held responsible, other figures would rise to try same agenda or variation of it. And we will be having the same discussions some years away. All of that because some 30 years ago, a dictator who was borne to a D sub clan oversaw the distraction of the Northern regions. There you have it! Today Somalia is a prosperous little heaven, Ethiopia is working for the good of the nation (Nur Cadde has asked for their stay repeatedly but the Ethios won't stick around thanks to Al-Shabaab), the TFG is working wonders and the Qabil card is being used against anyone who points out that things are not that better-looking for the TFG now that the legend has retired. Norf, my advise to you adeer is relax!. This hate against Puntlanders will just drive you nuts. I know few marqaan-boys who went mad literally waiting for the destruction of Yeey's clan. There is nothing you can do about Yeey and his clan. The 80 year old has more balls than Nacaska Siilaanyo whom we all know will be robbed by kabashaagle Riyaale again infront of everyone. Shame has no boundries for the new TFG-lot. Some are even calling for the genocide of Al-Shabaab and the continuation of Ethiopian troops because it will serve their purpose.
