And you forgot the influence and stirring control by the Ethiopian Government. It is odd though how a financial input changes the tenets of the 'XIldhibanada'. It would have a serious repercussion if this has to be the case everytime a bill needs to be introduced and passed in the parliament.

On the other hand the momentum and hope has turned into despair since the establishment of this Federal Parliament and the President. The whole scenario is now a farce, comical and not reflective nor influential in the ground or those who it should govern. IT is similar to playing 'fanstasy football manager' in the British tabloid media. Nothing more nothing less than 'lacala'..

Last time I was so gutted to see the government voted out even before the appointment of the ministers had finished. Lets hope this time the president, the MP and the parliament all work together to achieve consensus so the government can move back home where they can do real difference, Insha Allah.
