LadyDotNet Posted December 16, 2004 I still think henry should've won but nevertheless a worthy winner.
mojam Posted December 21, 2004 RONALDINHO got it and deserved it. What ya'all should do including the arsenal fans is go to the nearest sports store and get that Catalan jersey with #10 on the back.

Would you swap your Ajax jersey for Barca's I wonder? I watched the whole gala live last night and it was wonderful to see my main Man Titi accept defeat with Grace. I liked the theme "Where Football Meets Opera" cheeky huh! I am sure Ian Wright would have loved to see Henry walk away with it. Mojam I am not sure about the "Ronaldinho Deserved" part as he didn't win any silverware last season and if you are talking about goals and tricks Henry can perform just as much tricks and about goals he scored and created loads of them and so did Shevchenko but I am afraid Henry may never win that bloody thing as I believe he will never ever have a better season as a player than the last two season which unfortunately didn't get him nowhere. I can only imagine how disgusted he feels to come so close and yet so far because let me tell you, there's no worse feeling than coming second but like he said "to be recognized twice in a row is an achievement itself ". Well, the Goofy Genius may have walked away with the ultimate price but in my eyes there is one player that gets my vote and his jersey number is 14 and he plays for ARSENAL, the greatest club in English football history. N.O.R.F Posted December 21, 2004 It a tough call but i think Ronnie plays in a tougher leauge than Titi. The state of defending in the prem is laughable at times, its hard to convinve the judges that the Prem should be up there with Seria A and La Liga in terms of technical ability/defences etc. Go goofy go! mojam Posted December 22, 2004 BOB swap my ajax jersey for the barca one. you can have jerseys of more than one team, i currently possess jerseys of 5 different teams - including two ajax ones, a third adidas to be added soon. and why does everyone mention that he didn't win any silverware last season. That doesn't stop him from being the best player in the world. yes, Henry does some amazing things in the premiership but as North said EPL defenses are weak, compared to seria A or the Liga. BOB Posted December 22, 2004 Mojam, I hear you my friend but at the moment I only got Inter Milan and Arsenal Jersey's simply because Inter Milan's jersey is absolutely easy for the eyes but too bad you can't say that about the team at the moment, as they are known "Draw Specialists". Northener, Are you sure your judgement isn't a bias one since there is no Liverpool player worth mentioning? How many Liverpool jersey's have you got or you already threw all of them away since the team wont be out of position if you took them down to the championship. . Peace, Love & Unity.
