Chocolate and Honey Posted May 20, 2010 I'm afraid to ask who Sharmarke is(I mean I read that he is PM) and why some alluded to Puntland's involvement.

Haatu Posted May 20, 2010 What Somalia needs right now is a stable government. What President Shariif and PM Sharma'arke need to do is become vocal leaders. They are both to silent for my liking. A couple of inspirational speaches can easily arouse the masses and gain support for the Government of the Somali Republic. After that, Madoobe should be ousted from the political scene once and for ever. His replacement should be a Wadani, not a corrupt warlord. Once this takes place, Villa Somalia will become stable, and once Villa Somalia becomes stable, Muqdisho will become stable and then Somalia will become stable. Jacpher Posted May 20, 2010 CH: Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke, the current Prime Minister of Somali is the son of former Somali President Cabdirashiid Cali Sharmarke. Cabdirashiid Cali Sharmarke served as a Somali Prime Minister under Adan Cadde and later become the second Somali President until he was assassinated. Here's a clip of him on state visit to I think the PM should depart TFG and Somali politics altogether if he can't make any meaningful difference.
