Vanquish_V12 Posted March 24, 2004 If you get enough sleep, but still feel unable to stay awake in class, or pay attention, it's probably due to ur diet. most people assume sugar is stimulant and provides boost, but this is not true, although sugar is the body's main source of energy,sugar is actually the reason why most people feel tired and sleepy after a big meal loaded with carbs. if you desire to keep urself sharp, eat foods that are high in protein, the U.S. military gives tyrosine tabletes to its soldiers to keep them focused, so remember in an exam day, cut da carbs, eggs n halal sausages are best.
