Waxaase xusid mudan in culimo aan kamid nahay magacyadooda warbaahinta laga xusay, ayagoo loo tiirinayo dushana laga saarayo waxyaaba aysan waxba ka ogayn & mawaaqif aysan lahayn ayagu.

 

Arintaasi markay dhacday dhowr goorna ay soo noqotay kadib ayaa waxaa qasab noqotay inaan cadeynno xaqiiqada jirta & sida ay wax u dhaceen.

 

Hordhac lagama maarmaan ah

 

Waxaan jecelnahay inaan marka hore caddeynno in annaga oo ah culimada ku saxiixan bayaankan aannan waxba kala soconin, tashina nalaga galinnin heshiiska xabbad joojinta markii lagalayay, balse waxaa nala soo gaadhsiiyay markii lagu kala tagey dhaqan galentiisuna billaabatay kadib.

 

Sidoo kale nalooma keenin mana aannan akhriyin qodobada heshiiska intaan lasaxiixin, balse wuxuu nuqulka qodobada heshiisku nasoo gaadhay markii lagu kalatagay xafladii saxiixa kadib.

 

Maxaan ka qabnaa heshiiska?

 

Markay xabad joojintu soo baxday, si rasmi ahna loogu dhawaaqay, ayna muuqatay in loo socdo heshiis dhamaystiran oo lala galayo dowladda Itoobiya, si taxadar leh ayaan usoo dhawaynnay arinkaas guud ahaan.

 

Maxaan ku dhisnay soo dhaweynta heshiiska?

Soo dhawaynta heshiiska ladamacsanyahay balse aan wali qodobadiisu soo shaacbixin waxaan u cuskannay oo aan ku dhisnnay laba qodob oo lagama maarmaan u ah arin kasta oo miisaanka sharciga la saarayo, waana kuwan:

 

A ) Waaqica xogtiisa

Cid kasta oo si dhab ah uga warhaysay waqtiyadii dambe xaaladda jabhadda & dadwaynaha gobolka daga ee muslimka ah, waxaa qasab ah inuu wax badan ka ogyahay xaqiiqadan hoos ku qoran:

 

1) Jabhaddu muddo dheer ayay dagaal kusoo jirtay, Dagaalkaa oo aan dhul lagu qabsanin, dacwo iyo diin faaftana aan waxba ku kordhinin.

2) Markii maskax fayow oo cilmi leh lagu fiiriyo natiijadii dagaalka waqtiga dheer socday iyo duruufaha hadda ku xeeran wuxuu malahiisu u badanayaa inuusan xaalku wax ka soo raynaya u muuqanin.

3) Bulshada muslimka ah ee dagan gobolkaa waxaa ku dhacay mudadii dagaalku socday dib dhac wayn oo dhanka diinta iyo aduunyaba leh, oo waxaa faafay jahli iyo afkaar ka horjeedda tawxiidka iyo sunnada, maadaama culimadii iyo ducaadii laga dhexsaaray magaalooyinkii ay bulshadu daganayd, taasoo fursad siisay afkaartii khaldanayd iyo jahli aan caadi ahayn.

 

B) Usuusha shareecada

Arinta markii la saaro miisaanka shareecada, lagana daayo xamaasadda iyo ficiltanka aan miisaannayn ee miithaaliga ah, waxaa soo baxaya inay lagama maarmaan tahay in la tixgeliyo qawaaciddan sharciga ah ee hoos ku xusan:

 

1) Waxaa si cad ugu qeexan quranka & sunnada nabiga (S.C.W.) in gaalada dagaalku nagala dhexeeyo lala geli karo heshiis nabadeed, waa haddii ay maslaxada muslimiintu sidaa ku jirto.

2) Waxaa kale oo sugan inay dhici karto hadii ay duruufi keento in ayadoo qayb muslimiinta kamid ah dagaal kula jirto gaalo, qayb kalana uu heshiis dhexmari karo, waana masalada loo yaqaano ( تجزؤ انع دٓ ) arintaana waxaa cadeeyay quraanka aayada (72) ee suuratul anfaal iyo sunnada sida ku cad qisada Abubasiir ee saxiixulbukhaariga ku timid, iyo qisada xudeefa iyo aabihii ee saxiixulmuslim ku timid.

3) Waxaa kale oo quraanka & sunnadu cadeeyeen in jihaadka hubaysani uu wasiilo u yahay jihaadka kalimada, (dacwada) & inuu tirtiro ama yareeyo shirkiga & in dadka diinta laga fitneeyo, sida uu Allaah yidhi ( ئَ كَ إٌَن دَي كَه لَله قَٔ بت هَ ىَْ حَتى لَا تَ كَ فٌَٕ تَ ت )

4) Culimada aqoonta dheeraadka ah u leh cilmiga loo yaqaanno ( عهى ان قًبصد ) sida سلطان

انعه بًء انعز ب عبد اَنسلاو iyo الإيبو انشبطي iyo شيخ الإسللاو اب تي يًت waxay cadeeyeen in hadii uu tasarufku ama wasiiladu xaqiijin waydo ujeedadii & maslaxadii loogu tala galay, ama

nusqaamiso oo ay dhib u gaysato inaysan shareecada waafaqsanayn ayna lagama maarmaan tahay in la saxo. كم تصرف شرع ن قًبصد بطم بف إث يقبصد أ بٔعض بٓ( )(1)

5) Sidaa darteed hadii jihaadka seeftu keeni waayo towxiidka iyo sunnada fiditaankooda, fitnada iyo shirkiguna inay bataan mooyee uusan waxba kadhimin, ma aha jihaadkaasi kii quraanku sheegay, sidaa darteedna wuxuu u baahan yahay in dib loo fiiriyo oo lagu noqdo sharciyadiisa.

6) Hadii ay mas’uuliinta jabhadda (UWSLF) iyo culimadoodu u cadaato in qorigii uusan xaqiijinnin maslaxadii shareecadu ugu talagashay, raja badanna aan laga qabin inuu hadda kadib wax soo kordhin doono, isla markaana laystuso inay kubadalan karaan jihaadkii kalimada & dacwada ee asalka ahaa, waa arin sharciga iyo caqliguba fahmi karaan mudnaanteedana leh.

Hadday masaladu sidaas tahay waxaa fiqhi darro lagu tilmaami karaa in la yidhaahdo ku soco jid loo badinayo in uusan keenaynnin guul dacwo iyo mid millatari toona, oo taa macnaheedu waxaa weeye waxba yaysan kuu badbaadin.

7) Waxaa lagama maarmaan ah in la ogaado qoriga & jihaadka hubaysani inaysan ka hoos baxsanayn miisaanka wayn ee axkaamta shareecada oo dhami ay hoos timaaddo loona yaqaanno ( قبعدة ان صًبنح أن فًبسلد ), taasoo sheegaysa wax kasta oo dhibkiisa & mafaasidiisu kabadato dheeftiisa & maslaxadiisa inuu noqonayo xaaraam, xataa asalkiisu waajib ha ahaado markii hore.

 

Sidaa darteed in larumeeyo oo lagu qanco in mar walba, xaalad walba & wakhti walba uu qorigu maslaxo yahay mafsado raajix ahna uusan marna yeelan Karin, waa nooc kamid ah waxay shareecadu u taqaanno ( انغه فَٕى اندي ) oo macnihiisu yahay xadgudub & kabad badis diineed.

 

Qawaaciddaa & kuwa lamid ah ayaan ku dhisnnay soo dhawanytii aan soo dhawaynnay heshiiska xabad joojinta & nabadda.

 

Kadib maxaa dhacay?

 

Waxay kadib - Xabad joojintaa aan sidaas ku soo dhawaynnay - jabhaddu billowaday inay isu diyaariso heshiiskii rasmiga ahaa, iyo qodobadiisa waxaanan markaa kula talinnay inay aad isaga ilaaliyaan intii suurto gal ah, wixii tanaasul ah ee kusaabsan diinta & arimaha aayaha u ah ummadda, wakhti kadib waxaa xigtay inaan codsannay nuqulka qodobada heshiiska intaan lasaxiixin si aan talo sharci ah ugu biirinno, wixii aan haboonaynna tala bixin uga gaysanno intii suuro gal ah, Laakiin nasiibdarro arintaasi masuuroobin, sidaa darteed waxba maannaan ka ogayn qodobada heshiiska ee lakala saxiixday intaysan banaanka usoo bixin.

 

Maxaan ka qabnaa qodobada heshiiska?

Waxaa lagama maarmaan ah in laka saaro labadan arimood.

1) Heshiiska guud ahaan & in hadii ay adkaatay in dagaal wax lagu keeno lagu badalan karo dacwo & jihaadka kalimada oo ah inta ay culimadu soo dhaweeyeen.

2) qodobada heshiiska oo markay soo baxeen kadib uun la ogaaday inay xambaarsanyihiin khaladaad waawaayn oo ay ahayd inaan la aqbalin asal ahaan.

Waxaa noo muuqata in aysan adkayn in qodobada heshiiska badankood loo heli karo meelayn sharci ah markii lagu dhiso ( ّقف تنبح ضلإا ط رار ، ّقفٔ ثبيهقلأا تًهسًنا ) ee aan lagu dhisin ( فق حبلاث الإختيبر ).

3) Waxaa noola culus qodobada heshiiska inay jabhaddu ogolaato oo ay waafaqdo u hogaansanka dastuurka Ethiopia, iyo dhammaan qawaaniinta wadanka, sida ku cad qodobka (1)aad faraciisa (5)aad, waana waxyaabaha burin karaya islaamnimada, isla markaana keeni kara gaalnimo, arimaha sidaas oo kale ahna waxaa lageli karaa kaliya markay kugu timaaddo xaalad khaas ah oo shareecadu u taqaanno ( الإكرا انشرعي بشر طٔ ان عًتبرة ), taas oo la isla ogol yahay, ama daruuro aan gaadhsiisnayn ikraah, sida ay qabaan culimada qaarkood (3).

4) Waxaa baraarujinn mudan in la ogaado in masaladani tahay mid ka guda weyn qadiyadan oo xukunkeedu saamaynayo muslimiinta joogta dhamaan meelaha looga badan yahay ama looga awood roon yahay ) اَلأقهيبث اَن سًه تً (َ oo ay tahay qadiyad xukunkeeda ay wadaagayaan malaayiin muslimiin ah, waxaana soo galaya dhamaan arimahan soo socda:

( qawaaniinta oo la aqbalo in loo hogaansamo (si cad ama curfi ah), ama loo codeeyo inay hirgasho, ama la doorto xubinkii baarlamaan ee dajin lahaa, ama la qaato aqoonsiyada shardiga ay u tahay u hogaansanka qawaaniinta, iwm ).

 

Intaan ognahay mushkiladan haysata muslimiinta ku nool meel kasta oo aan sharciga Allaah looga dhaqmin maannaan arag wax culima ah oo wadartooda ku gaalaysiiyay arimahaas, waxayna ku xanbaareen laba midkood:

 

1- In ay dadku yihiin Mukrahiin aan lahayn khiyaar kale.

2- In ay ku jiraan xaalad daruuro oo loogu cudurdaari karo.

Intaas oo dhan waxay keenaysaa in waxii isku mid ah lasiiyo xukun isku mid ah, asal ahaana ay wadaagaan waxii cudurdaar ah, oo ay khalad tahay in la kala farqiyo sabab la'aan.

Xukunka raggii heshiiska galay?

 

Waxaa noo suurto gashay inaan walaalaha waydiinno waxa ku kalifay inay arintaa aqbalaan oo ay saxiixaan, waxayna noogu jawaabeen inay isku qanciyeen in uusan u furnayn khiyaarka diidadu, oo ay ku qasbanaayeen (يكر يٍْ ) haysatayna xaalad ay rukhso u heli karaan inay saxiixaan qodobka ku saabsan dastuurka iyo qawaaniinta Itoobiya, ayna tahay sidii Allaah yidhi: } ي كف ر بَ بلله ي بٍَ ع د إَي بً إَّلا ي اٍَ كْ ر قٔهب يط ئً بٍَ بلإي بً {ٌ iyo }إلا أَ تٌَتق إ يَ ىُٓ تَقبة {

 

Waxaa kale oo ay isku qanciyeen in ummad dhowr milyan ah badbaadinteedu ay tahay daruuro loo geli karo arintaan oo kale.

 

(3 ) Waxaa kamid ah xaaladahaas:

 

1- In Maxkamadaha aan islaamka ahayn loo tago xaq aan ahayn naftaada in la difaacdo ama dulmi layska difaaco hadii aanay meeshaas ka jirin maxkamad islaam ah ama dariiq kale oo xaqas lagu soo dhacsado.? Taas oo ay baneeyeen culima badan oo kala duwan.

2- Dadka qaxootiga isu dhiiba ee lasoo diido ma u dacwoon karaan maxkamadaha wadamada gaalada ee ay iska dhiibeen ? taas oo ay baneeyeen culimo, qoraalana ka sameeyeen.

 

In kastoo dhiacyada qaarkood aan kaga aragti gadisanahay, hadana labadaas arrimoodba waa wax lagu kala aragti duwanaan karo, laakiin waxaa dooddaa walaalaha na dhexmartay nooga soo baxday inay ahaayeen muta’awiliin (يتأ نٔيٍ ) wax ku dhisay labadan arimood:

 

1) In daruurada aan ikraaha gaadhsiisnayn gaalnimo loogu dhawaaqi karo.

2) In xaaladda ay ku sugnaayeen noqon karto ikraahii shareecadu sheegtay.

Waxaa kale oo aan shaki kujirin in labada mas’alaba ay ka qarsoomi karaan in badan oo culimada kamid ah, iyo ardayda ( طهبت انعهى ) caamada iskaba daaye, sidaa darteed waxaa khalad iyo xad gudub noola muuqda in la gaalaysiiyo ragga heshiiska galay lafahooda, (تكفيرالأعيبٌ ) oo riddo lagu xukumo, ayadoo ay caddahay inay ahaayeen muta'awiliin ( يتأ نٔي ) ama markay ugu yartahay ay jirtay shubhatul ikraah ) شب تٓ الإكرا ( .(4)

Waayo waxaa la ogyahay in mad-habka saxaabada iyo salafku uu ahaa inaan muta'awilka noocaas oo kale ah lagaalaynsiin Karin ilaa xujada lagu oogo shubhadana laga zuuliyo, inta ay shubha jirtana aan qofka xukun iyo xuduud lagula deg degin.

 

( لاتكفير لَأ مْ اَنخطأ فَي اَنتأ ئم اَنسبئغ حَتى تَقبو عَهي ىٓ اَنحجت تَٔزال عَ ىُٓ اَنشب تٓ ).

 

Waxaase ayadu xadgudub iyo ka badbadis ( ي انغهٕ ) ah in lagaalaysiiyo cid kasta oo u fatwootay ama taageertay ama ku faraxday.

 

Talooyin:

 

Gabo gabada maqaalka waxaan jeclahay aniga iyo culimaduba inaan walaalaha u dardaaranno.

 

1) Inay walaaluhu laasimaan alle ka cabsiga iyo ilaalinta diinta iyo inay Allaah danbi dhaaf ka waydiistaan dhammaan wixii khaladaad ah ee dhacay.

2) Inay ujeedsadaan xoogana saaraan faafinta dacwada iyo towxiidka, ayagoo iska ilaalinaya wax kasta oo arintaa carqalad ku keeni kara, kana faa iidaystaan waaya aragnimada ay kadhaxleen mudadii dheerayd ee ay dagaalamayeen.

3) Inay ka fogaadaan siyaasadda wasakhaysan si aysan sumcadooda u dhaawicin kadibna dacwada dhib ugu gaysannin, kaalintooduna ay noqoto inay naseexo culimanimo & tala bixin ay siiyaan kolba ciddii ummadda taladeeda haysa.

4) Inay iska ilaaliyaan wax kasta oo keeni kara in loo adeegsado dagaal lala galayo dad muslimiin ah, gudaha ama dibadda dalka .

5) inay tallaabo kasta oo ay qaadanayaan hadda kadib aad looga fiirsada dhinacyo badanna laga daraaseeyo gaar ahaan dhanka sharciga:

Sakhar, why do you blame ONLF for not making peace with Ethiopia, like this WSLF did?

 

Dont you understand that one needs freedom in order to make peace? And that there cant be peace without freedom.

Ismalura walaal this opinion and judgement of the wadaado came after they talked and asked senior officials of the UWSLF why they signed the peace deal with Ethiopia and they came to judge/understanding that they're:

 

1.In support of this peace deal and that it is religious sound decision after they weighed up the UWLSF reasons for it.

 

Sheekh Umal made an interview with a Somali journalist from Al-Jazeera who quoted the Sheekh saying 'that this agreement is prohibited under the religion and that those who took on signing it are infidels', only a short paragraph has been printed on Al-Jazeera's website which the Sheekh later on declined.

 

These uluma aren't engaged in politics but people of ONLF and the Qatar based Al-Jazeera wanted to claim the Sheekh to have said it so that they could defame this peace deal and make those who signed it into unbelievers.

 

The Sheekh then consulted with other religious scholars and they came to conclusion that it is allowed for muslims to make peace deals with christians if there is no other way.

 

The Uluma give a variety of reasons for it:

 

a, UWSLF has been fighting for a long time with no results or tangible victories.

 

b, The Islamic dawa' has suffered and no gain has been made in that department for as UWSLF were fighting and the people aren't propagated to, which means the people do not get their dawa' which means there is a large and widespread igorance in the region.

 

c, The development of the people have suffered both religiously and worldly. There are no school's for people, the education is not there, sanitation and health projects are rare and that's why it is for the good of all the people or the interest for all the people to have this peace deal

The above sister needs to be understood.

 

When the lost is greater than the gain, then this makes it impermissible action even if the action in the first place was ordained.

 

^This is a universal formula by which knowledgeable Muslims have hung to because the religion of Islam is not to be taken lightly and religion doesn't say 'carry your guns regardless even though there is no visible outcome or reason to it' like banging your head against the wall.

 

If the Jihaad you are waging doesn't achieve the spreading of the Islamic monotheism and the sunnah and doesn't lead to stopping the fitan, than that is not the Jihad we know from the Quran.

 

So it's sad that you would accuse our most respected ulumaa and paint them with the brush of 'politics' when clearly this is a religious issue.

 

I hope you acquaint yourself with this sound judgement and try to understand it as it is based on our religious legal code i.e. the Islaamic shariicah.

Land soldier first of all let me make it clear to you that I don't believe that war is a solution to the problems in that region. That said for two people to have an agreement they need to enter the agreement as two equals; qof ku guumeysanayaa, oo xoolahaa dhacayo dadkaagana dilaya heshiis noocee ah baad la gali kartaa?

 

About the uluma issue you claim that this is not political but i disagree. Ethopia is a secular non-muslim government while ONLF and UWSLF are both secular political groups. If the Uluma are asked a religious question oo la dhaho waxaas diinta maxeey ka qabtaa they have every right to give an honest answer as to what Islam says balse certain uluma have a tendency of not only dabbling in politics but also taking this side today and the other one tomorrow. The last time i checked they were extremely anti Ethiopia to an extent that they didn't want Ethopia to sit in the meeting between the Maxkamadaha and the TFG.

 

I don't want to disrespect any one but I am really cynical about all these including the Uluma's part.
