Emperor Posted February 20, 2009 Wasiirka Cilmi Baarista Wasiirka Dhaqan Celinta Wasiirka Degaanka iyo Bey'ada Wasiirka Gargaarka Aadamiga ah Wasiirka Jaaliyadaha Dibeda Wasiirka Tacliinta Sare What are all these post suppose to mean? Given that we have few woman ministers, how would Alshabaab agree to this cabinet, it seems the PM and the President have totally forgotten about Alshabaab when they were thinking about this government. General Duke Posted February 20, 2009 LSK, point taken. Xiin, that makes sense, I swear I heard of the guy before. As for the cabinet, its not about bad, its the same thing we had back in 2004. Ibrahim Cadowe should have got a bigger better position. Janagow, should have been given something bigger. Sharif Xasan should have been given something small. But hey it does not rock the boat and that what matters I guess.
xiinfaniin Posted February 20, 2009 Emp, Gargaarka Aadamiga could encompass facilitating relief agencies efforts, a priority in our war-ravaged part of the world. But an R&D portfolio in Somalia is astonishing. Duke, Sharif Xassan maad iska cafisid awoowe
Ducaysane Posted February 20, 2009 Xiin my bad, I mis read that word "Naafada" but in any case This goverment is only for qancis not for the good of the country. 9 portfolois would have been perfact.

General Duke Posted February 20, 2009 Xiin, adeer I have no issue with Sharif Ahmed, they could make him Information minister or trade. Three positions are always important for Somalia's development. 1. What we call Chancellor, US calls Secretary of the Treasury and the rest of the world knows as Finance Minister, this is a very important post and we should have an economist in this position. 2. Foreign affairs is an important post, Mohamed Omaar is ok, not to sure about his educational background but he seems like a decent and active fellow from what I have seen of him. 3. Interior: Abdulqadir Ali Omar is a good choice he is tough and has a big following within the courts. I also noticed that he never fled and never lost faith in Sharif Ahmed, for loyalty and courage and religious convictions I give him some credit. Though the security portfolio should have also gone to him. Ina Cadow, Jurile, have been underused.

xiinfaniin Posted February 20, 2009 Duke, no doubt this cabinet could have been vastly imporved. had it not been political consideration, i am sure it would have been better designed Gabal, halloo sheego bahashu meel un bay ka bilaamantaa .
