Suldaanka Posted February 27, 2007 They are in an assembly and what did u expect in a military assembly? Only an occupational force raises their flag on another soveriegn soil. E.g. Americans in Iraq. The Nigerian and South African forces in Sudan can not raise their national flag in Sudanese territory. They must instead have the AU flag. This is clearly an occupational force.
