It mighht be like that in certain places but one thing I know for sure is that IT ISN'T working for us. I think We should come up with onather selection process.

Don't tell me you want the President to have the privilege of selecting them alone ,,,, come on

 

The purpose is not to give all the power to a single side ,,,,, i'm sure we can do it.
