To start with, Dont chat over the phone in a long period without seeing that person in the flesh. Insist to meet the person face-to-face and have serious conversation in the first Two months. If not possible, just move on. If that hurdle overcame then, Know the family and the background and dont accept those cheap (I am not ready yet, to introduce you to the family) excuse. Then, talk about the serious business of the newly forming Kingdom and negotiate effectively the earliest possible dates that, you both can form that long lasting Kingdom.
