Warmoog Posted April 8, 2008 This is one of the most farcical developments I have heard of in recent months. An ill-conceived act of desperation, it is political pandering at its worst. Though I doubt it will have the desired effect of gaining the ruling party new supporters, it has set the region up for problems that will undoubtedly surface, if left unremedied by the next administration. Carafaat Posted August 5, 2011 Smart move by former President Riyaale. The creations of these new regions and districts couple years back gave a boost to the development of rural area's in Somaliland.
