Most of us go around thinking, it is not gonna happen to me, or we dont think about it at all.

 

Well that is not good enough, early detection can safe your life.

 

If you havent already, please ask you doctor about how you can do self examination or visit any clinic and get the self examination chart.

good advice sis, but breast cancer is a genetic disease so chances are if any female in your family line had it (your mom,grandma,etc,.) than theres a HUGE! possiblity that you can have it too. this also applies to the males even though its more prevalent in females but 3 %chance for the men so my advice check your geneology for te diseases in the family tree...

Good advice dear. Breast Cancer is the biggest lady killer. I'm sure more than one nomad here has had a relative or a friend affected by the disease.

 

Ladies do make checking yourselves every couple of months a habit.
