I watched the whole thing that night and couldn't believe it was actually happening..although I wished it continued LOL..

moving right long, Yeah I have seen the fight last week and I was glad Artest was stomping those lame white boys out they provoked him to act into that character its not the man's fault I say. And Steven jackson came out of no where to bring his azz into a situation that doesn't concern him, now thats what you call a team players lol

 

I thought the NBA singled him out though and gaved him a harsh suspension, the whole year? Damn..don't turn the NBA into no fun league like they did with the NFL..you gotta led things sled David, if it wasn't for Artest CNN wouldn't be talking about the NBA..he brought back some fans back to the league

bottom line artest deserve the whole year...this image of fighting everybody is not tolerated in this league...maybe in the CBA, but not in the NBA...moving along i think some ppl deserve a whole year of suspension from SOL....this is just my opinion...oh yeah i wonder why are lakers have the same record as wolves???...man this year the NBA will be a year to remember...

It might not be fair for artest to get a lengthy suspension such as he got, but he deserved every bit of what came after that outburst.

 

In truth, the man did what any bloody person in their right mind would do had they been in his situation. The man isn't an average joe, he is a professional sports figure, whether he knows it or not, and he has to act in a professional manner or else deal with the consequences. He asked for time off, and he got an entire season, fair trade if you ask me.

 

My issue is with the 25 game suspension against jermaine O'neil, I didn't think that was fair at all. I also didn't agree with B. Wallace's 6 game suspension. On one hand anthony johnson got 5 game suspension knowing full well that he didn't do as much damage as B. Wallace and yet only a game separates the two.(not very logical @all)

 

I can certainly understand the role the media played in these lengthy suspensions, but nevertheless it was a fair call aside from the two errors made with O'neil & A. Johnson.

 

With that being said, how about them phoenix Suns??
