I think, even comparisons with other fields such as telecommunication and internet usage, still Somalia takes first place, what does that mean to us anyway!

At least we're first at something :D . Not unless the bloody Xabashi TFG bottle-necks private telecommunication and internet providers, which may happen very soon.

ok dont forget, majority of somalis still dont believe in those craplands warlord created divisions etc.,

 

majority of the ppl that i know never go to sland or plund etc websites., they just do they google by typing the word somalia.

 

only websites that i go are the ones that start with somali*.* namaes. never been hiran or galkacyo etc... whats the point of going to clan site..!

Communication usages usually spike where there are crisis. Not just internet but also, telephone, mobile, tv, journals etc, because of desperateness for info. Also, Somalia is unregulated where Ethiopia is controlled by the regime in the hope of censoring.
