General Duke, the trick is never treat them softly as they might see a weakness in the admin always make them take whatever you throw at them ( ministers in this case, rather than offering high positions like vice president that should be offered to communities who are full puntlanders like the Goldogob - Mudug community or the Burtinle community.

^^^ I know what they have but i am saying rather than giving out the VP to a people who are not full puntlanders who properly don't deserve it shall be given to people who are full puntlanders and defended galckayo/puntland from USC in it's time of need not some community who bought sland troops to las anod and backstabbed your admin. think about this strategic the sool community would then have to work hard and become full planders so they can regain their VP position and other positions?, pland has nothing to lose?
